Can several people share one account?
You shouldn't. Instead, invite team members and assign each a role, owner, manager, or staff. That's how TrayGo is designed to work.
How do I invite my team?
Copy your invite code from the Team screen and send it to a teammate. When they install TrayGo and sign up, entering that code adds them to your team instantly. You can also set each person's role, owner, manager, or staff.
Does my data sync across devices?
Yes, in real time. Any change appears instantly for every member of your team, on every device.
What happens to my data if I stop using TrayGo?
Your data is yours. You can export everything to Excel at any time, and request full account deletion whenever you like.
